Riva Row Boat House Woodlands Boat Ride
The Riva Row Boat House opened as the first public boat rental location in The Woodlands, TX, in 2009 as part of the rapidly-developing Woodlands Waterway in The Woodlands Town Center. It is centrally located within walking distance from Town Green Park, Market Street, and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. This boat house sits on the lower waterway, and is fully accessible to Lake Woodlands by watercraft. Our family-friendly rental options include:

Swans at the Mall
Our pop-up kiosk in the Mall Ring Turning Basin is just north of the intersection of Mall Ring Road and Woodloch Forest Drive. This location is conveniently tucked between several popular restaurants at the mall making it ideal for a swan ride while waiting for a table. Swan pedal boats can be reserved for thirty minutes or one hour.
Lake's Edge Boat House Woodlands Kayaking
The Lake’s Edge Boat House opened in 2016 in the new Hughes Landing development. This compact, kiosk-style boat house is located just south of Restaurant Row between One Lakes Edge and Two Lakes Edge apartment buildings and docks directly on Lake Woodlands for easy access to Northshore Park and the rest that the beautiful lake has to offer. Rental options currently include:

- Stand-Up Paddleboards
- Water Bikes

A great option to do something outdoors. Husband and I rented the tandem pedal kayak. We had also done the Swan pedal board before. That was fun too. I was afraid we needed some level of experience with the kayaks, but it really wasn't that hard. Next time we will try the kayaks without the pedals.
