Looking for a way to get your kayak or stand-up paddle board out on the water without the pain and hassle of having to store and transport? The Northshore Storage Facility (inside the Woodforest Bank Boat House) is a small piece of lake-front property that offers quick and easy access to Lake Woodlands.

Currently, our storage facility is at 100% capacity, but spots do open up from time to time! Please join our waitlist using the registration form on this page if you are interested in renting a stall! Kayak/Canoe Stall:

  • Width for the full-size Kayak/Canoe Stall is 35 inches.
  • Depth for the full-size Kayak/Canoe Stall is 23 7/8 inches.
  • Height of all stalls (Kayak/Canoe and Paddleboard) varies from 14 to 20 feet and can be verified prior to rental.
  • Cost of one kayak/canoe stall space is $180 (Resident)/$360 (Nonresident) annually.

Paddleboard Stall:

  • Width for the Stand-up Paddleboard Stall is 11 inches.
  • Depth for the Stand-up Paddleboard Stall is 36 inches.
  • Height of all stalls (Kayak/Canoe and Paddleboard) varies from 14 to 20 feet and can be verified prior to rental.
  • Cost of one paddleboard stall space is $96 (Resident)/ $192 (Nonresident) annually.
