Meet the Instructor: Michele Marie
Michele Marie is an IAYT-Yoga Therapist, Recovery Coach, and Paddle Into Fitness Master Trainer. She’s the founder of No Mud No Lotus LLC™ and Yoga on Water LLC™, The Woodlands’ first floating yoga studio. With over a decade of experience supporting mind-body wellness, Michele brings warmth, wisdom, and playful presence to every class. Her approach blends movement, mindfulness, and nature to help students feel more connected, empowered, and at ease—whether you’re stepping onto a paddleboard for the first time, learning the basics, or taking your yoga practice to the water in a whole new way.

SUP Yoga
Gentle Flow on WaterEnjoy a grounding, all-levels hatha-style yoga class led on a paddleboard on the calm waters of Lake Woodlands. Move through breath-led sequences and balancing postures, ending with a peaceful floating savasana under the open sky.
SUP 101
Learn to PaddleboardStand-up paddleboarding is a low-impact, full-body workout that gets you out on the water enjoying nature. In your first lesson, you’ll learn safety, stance, paddle techniques, and basic turns while exploring scenic Lake Woodlands.
SUP Fusion
Paddle + Gentle Yoga FlowThe ultimate two-in-one experience: start with a fun, functional paddleboarding lesson (SUP 101 style), then flow into a floating yoga practice. Ideal for small groups, date days, and anyone looking to immerse in the water, breath, and body connection.

Move at a gentle pace as you balance the mind and body through meditation, breathing techniques and physical postures in this hatha-style class. Postures are often held longer to slowly release tension for the joints, cleanse the body and enable the mind to quiet this class accumulates to blissful relaxation on your board leaving you feeling happy and free!
A grounding, all-levels yoga class led on a paddleboard—right on the calm waters of Lake Woodlands.
We’ll move through breath-led sequences, balancing postures, and end with a floating savasana under the sky.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding is low impact, strengthens the core, tones every muscle, and gets you on the water enjoying nature. Come ‘walk on water’ with us and enjoy the worlds fastest growing water sport!
This lesson will teach you the basics of stand-up paddle boarding. It covers water, safety, proper stance, inform, and paddle techniques no matter what your experience or level of fitness you will be paddling Your very first lesson! and basic turning—all while soaking up the beauty of Lake Woodlands.
