Owned and operated by The Woodlands Township Recreation Division, Riva Row Boat House is a premier watercraft rental facility located in The Woodlands Town Center. Opened in 2009, Riva Row Boat House was strategically designed to be accessible by a short walk from Town Green Park, Market Street and the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. Located directly on the Lower Waterway, which connects to Lake Woodlands, this location offers a variety of rentals to entertain guests of all levels of experience.

Single Kayak Rentals (1 Seat) – $25
Get away from it all! We have a variety of recreational and fishing-style, sit-on-top single kayaks for one person, or one adult and a small child (under 42 inches in height). Only recommended for the most well-behaved pets.
Single Pedal Kayak Rentals (1 Seat) – $25
The Hobie Mirage Compass single pedal kayak is great for those who want a virtually hands-free kayaking experience. Perfect for birding, fishing, or a serious leg workout. A back-up paddle is also provided in case you want to switch it up later. Dogs are NOT allowed on pedal kayaks. Availability is extremely limited!
